Deletion Process
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
Mention your registered mobile number or Customer ID in the email.
Our admin team will verify the request for security purposes to ensure it is legitimate.
After successful verification, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:
User profile information (name, email address, phone number)
Order and purchase records
App activity data
Data Retention
Please note that certain data, such as payment transaction records, may be retained for a longer period if required to comply with legal, financial, or tax obligations.
